INITIAL CONSULTATION
On initial contact we will establish what you are looking for with your next car, what it needs to do for you, if you have a part exchange and how you want to fund it.

SELECT CAR
We then take this information and look at a number of sources to find the perfect car for you. If you have a part exchange we will also establish a value for that and present you with a deal.

FINANCE APPLICATION
If you are 100% happy with the car and payment we will then send you a finance proposal form to fill in and return to us. Once we have recieved it we will put it to the finance company to get an acceptance for you for your deal.

DEPOSIT
Only upon the acceptance of finance will we need a deposit, this is so we can secure the car for you and this can be made by bank transfer.

ARRANGE DELIVERY
We will then work with you to sign the finance documents and arrange a day that is convenient for your new car to be delivered to you at home. We would usually look to have a car to you within 7 days.

DELIVERY
The last step is you taking delivery of your new car with a big smile on your face. It really couldnt be any easier. However we dont see handover as the end of your relationship with us as we are always here for any questions that may crop up in the future.
